Thank You

Dear friends,

November 2nd was an historic election for Michigan.  It marks a turning point for our state, a turning from years of drift to a new team and a fresh approach committed to tackling the issues and challenges facing the families of our state.

And none of it could have happened without you.

So the first thing I want to do after the election is say thank you for all of your help, hard work and your votes. That’s what made all the difference.

When I started this campaign, I made a promise – a promise to make public safety, the safety of our homes and neighborhoods, my first priority as Michigan’s next Attorney General.  That is a promise I intend to fulfill.

I will also be a voice for victims, and an ally for cops and law enforcement, the men and women who keep our streets safe.

It is hard to believe, but 30 years ago, Ronald Reagan came to Michigan and started his campaign to put America back on the right track.  Now, we face a similar mission: to put our great State of Michigan back on track.

I am ready for this new mission in this new century.

There are better days ahead for Michigan.  And thanks to your help and support and vote, I look forward to being On Duty as your next Attorney General.

Bill
